Multifocal atrial tachycardia
MSP221 recording · 01
Clinical history not documented in this image source.
Original waveform retained; quiz cropping only removes off-tracing interpretation or a row containing an answer label. Some sources are rhythm strips rather than a full 12-lead ECG.
Look for
- Irregular rhythm.
- Multiple P-wave shapes visible in lead II.
Where to look. Compare P waves in the lead-II strip: different shapes and irregular R–R intervals.
Discrete P waves remain visible with an isoelectric baseline between them, helping distinguish this rhythm from atrial fibrillation.
The source diagnosis is retained; no additional clinical cause is inferred.
