Atrial pacing
MSP221 recording · 02
Clinical history not documented in this image source.
Original waveform retained; quiz cropping only removes off-tracing interpretation or a row containing an answer label. Some sources are rhythm strips rather than a full 12-lead ECG.
Look for
- Spikes before P waves.
- Relatively narrow conducted QRS complexes.
Where to look. Find spikes before P waves, then the conducted QRS complexes.
The pulse triggers atrial activation. With intact AV conduction, the following QRS can retain its usual morphology.
The source diagnosis is retained; no additional clinical cause is inferred.
