Ventricular pre-excitation
MSP221 recording · 09
Clinical history not documented in this image source.
Original waveform retained; quiz cropping only removes off-tracing interpretation or a row containing an answer label. Some sources are rhythm strips rather than a full 12-lead ECG.
Look for
- Short PR interval.
- Slurred QRS onset: delta wave.
Where to look. Inspect QRS onset and PR intervals across leads: a slurred initial delta wave.
An accessory pathway activates part of the ventricle early. The ECG pattern alone does not establish symptomatic Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome.
The source diagnosis is retained; no additional clinical cause is inferred.
