Atrial tachycardia
MSP221 recording · 14
Clinical history not documented in this image source.
Original waveform retained; quiz cropping only removes off-tracing interpretation or a row containing an answer label. Some sources are rhythm strips rather than a full 12-lead ECG.
Look for
- Non-sinus P waves.
- Narrow-QRS tachycardia.
Where to look. Compare P waves with QRS complexes, especially in the inferior leads.
An atrial focus outside the sinus node activates the atria, changing the P-wave shape.
The source diagnosis is retained; no additional clinical cause is inferred.
